Rachel Beverley-Stevenson

Executive Chair and Property Director

I am the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of OneMedical Group with a passion for NHS health and wellbeing focused out of hospital care delivery and solutions, including how the built environment can help improve individual's health and wellness.

Michael Beverley

Vice Chair

I am the Vice-Chair and Co-Founder of OneMedical Group. I am also Chairman of Seneca Partners Limited and Indepen Limited.

Dr William Dawson

Chief Executive Officer

I joined OneMedical Group in 2014 as a practising GP. In 2016 I took on the role of Lead GP for Primary Care Services and became Chief Medical Officer in 2017. In the summer of 2019 I became Deputy CEO and in April 2020 I began my role as the Chief Executive Officer.

Sarah Everest-Ford

Strategy Director

I am responsible for working with divisional heads to develop and implement our strategy and growing the OneMedical Group of companies. I joined the Board in 2019 and I lead and manage the Strategy, Business Development, Communications & Marketing Team.

Caroline Day

National Collaboration Director

I am an experienced Board level leader with operational and strategic experience and a passion for collaboration. I work with providers and commissioners to deliver system level transformation and change. My passion lies in empowering those around me through coaching, training and mentoring to achieve their full potential.

Susan Gale

Finance Director

I joined OneMedical Group in 2016, initially on an interim contract but I loved it so much I stayed. Over the time I have been here I have worked closely with our senior team and have grown from Head of Finance to Associate Director of Finance and most recently have taken up the role of Finance Director in April 2020.

Emily Barton

Head of HR and Organisational Development

I joined OneMedical Group in 2018 having worked in various multi-disciplinary organisations across several different sectors leading on operational development, workforce management, business strategy, performance and growth.

Daniel Carter

Head of Business Intelligence

I joined OneMedical Group at the start of 2018 as an analyst and then recruited new team members as the groups portfolio grew, enabling me to recently move into the role of Head of Business Intelligence which I am thoroughly enjoying!

Richard Leighton

Head of Technology and Innovation

I am the Head of Technology and Innovation for One Medical Group, joining just over a year ago.

Kate Parker

Director of NHS Services

I joined One Medical Group in March 2020 as the Director of NHS Services. I feel I have quite an eclectic employment history, having worked in the criminal justice system (both in prisons and community-based programmes), the voluntary sector and the NHS.

Shaun Major-Preece

Director of Professions and Quality

I have been part of the team at OneMedical Group since early 2017. I have worked in the health service for nearly 20 years in the UK and overseas. I am a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a background in Emergency Medicine and Acute Care.

Dr Manjit Purewal

Director of Development and Improvement

Qualifying in 1993, I have been a GP in Yorkshire for over 20 years and I remain a Senior Partner in a large practice in Leeds. During my career I have held positions including Clinical Director for Quality Improvement for Leeds CCG and joined the OneMedical Group as Director of Development and Improvement in spring 2020.

I am the Head of OneWellness. I feel privileged to be a part or such an exciting, innovative and rapidly growing company.

Head of Marketing and Communications

I lead the Marketing and Communications team at OneMedical Group with a focus on ensuring we continue to play a key role in innovating and providing quality health care for the communities we serve and grow our offering to benefit more of the U.K.

Dave Stevenson

I am the Head Of Property for OneMedical Group and have been with them since the very start in 2004!
