I am an experienced Board level leader with operational and strategic experience and a passion for collaboration. I work with providers and commissioners to deliver system level transformation and change. My passion lies in empowering those around me through coaching, training and mentoring to achieve their full potential.
My operational management background means that I have a good understanding of the requirements of providers from their commissioners, such as NHS England and Clinical Commissioning Groups, in addition to the regulatory requirements imposed by the CQC, NMC and GMC.
In the last five years I have led the successful TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment)) process for in excess of 250 employees alongside managing a number of complex employee relation cases.
I am an accredited ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Trainer (Advanced PTT certificate) and I facilitate courses to new and established managers across the country with a fresh, energetic and enthusiastic approach. Outside of work I’m a keen runner, having completed 2 marathons and 5 half marathons in 2019! I’m also kept very active by my canicross partner – Trevor the Irish Water Spaniel cross Cocker Spaniel!
