I am responsible for working with divisional heads to develop and implement our strategy and growing the OneMedical Group of companies. I joined the Board in 2019 and I lead and manage the Strategy, Business Development, Communications & Marketing Team.

I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years, starting as a paediatric nurse in 2000! Since then I have gained a wealth of experience in clinical care, operational management, project management, commissioning, strategy, transformation and business development. My strengths are working collaboratively and building relationships with a wide range of partners, being a nurse by background I ensure patients are the heart of what we do. I am very organised which enabled me to complete my MSc in Organisational Leadership whilst working and having a one year old! I am really interested in organisational culture and how teams work together.

I am the Board level lead for our CSR Policy and I am excited to lead our OMG Foundation, which is one way we support our teams to give back to the communities they work in.

I have a fantastic team that is always going above and beyond to get the job done which I am eternally grateful for. I believe our biggest assets are our colleagues and it’s really important we value what they do.

I like to keep active and I mainly do this by running or playing tennis. I am the Vice-Chair of the tennis club I have played at for over 30 years and a Committee member for the Sheffield and District Tennis Committee. I love socialising, travelling and spending time with my family and friends. I have recently got a Cockapoo called Biscuit who enjoys coming into our support centre to meet his furry friends!
