Workforce Development: Modelling, Redesign and Talent Management

As part of the Primary Care Network DES, PCN’s across the country are starting to design and develop their workforce plan for the next four year. Some PCN leaders have experience in developing workforce plans at practice level. However, the concept of creating a workforce plan at neighbourhood level may be a new challenge to many.

Our panel of experts discuss the tools, techniques and processes, to help you in planning for the future. We discuss models of care, multidisciplinary teams and new roles to primary care, and the how Health Education England Training Hubs can work with networks to develop and grow talent from within existing PCN teams.
