I am the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of OneMedical Group with a passion for NHS health and wellbeing focused out of hospital care delivery and solutions, including how the built environment can help improve individuals’ health and wellness. Having led the growth of the Group, as CEO, from a healthcare estates specialist to a 250+ person strong organisation encompassing 5 different divisions which reach nearly 1 million individuals, combined, across the country and share a common aim of focussing on helping individuals live their best, and healthiest, lives, I stepped into the role of Executive Chair of the Group in April 2020. This has also enabled me to focus again on the next stage of our OneMedical Property arm.

I am a member of the Strategic Council of IHPN, (Independent Healthcare Providers Network), a Trustee of William Merritt Disabled Living Centre and an active Scout Leader for 1st Burley-in-Wharfedale Beavers! I am a Zumba, HIIT & kettlebell addict which is handy as I am rather partial to chocolate and Gin!
