I joined OneMedical Group at the start of 2018 as an analyst and then recruited new team members as the groups portfolio grew, enabling me to recently move into the role of Head of Business Intelligence which I am thoroughly enjoying!

Previous to working at OneMedical Group I worked in banking for 10 years in various data, testing and project roles but after taking a year out to travel I wanted a career working within the public sector that focused on data and returning with a focus on business intelligence work.

As Head of Business Intelligence, my role covers everything from contractual and regulatory reporting to more analytical and performance data.  In my team we also look to identify efficiency and process improvements utilising the latest technology and tools to provide a clear and meaningful output.

In work I enjoy the freedom and opportunity OneMedical Group has given me to develop the team and grow the different roles in how I think best works for the group. I look forward to the business expanding further in the future and the new challenges that this will bring.

I try to stay fit by playing football and running but my love of food and drink often gets in the way! I often go on holiday and like to try new places but my favourite is probably Japan – I am currently attending night classes to learn the language.
