National Collaboration Director

I am an experienced Board level leader with operational and strategic experience and a passion for collaboration. I work with providers and commissioners to deliver system level transformation and change. My passion lies in empowering those around me through coaching, training and mentoring to achieve their full potential.

Dr Manjit Purewal

Director of Development and Improvement

Qualifying in 1993, I have been a GP in Yorkshire for over 20 years and I remain a Senior Partner in a large practice in Leeds. During my career I have held positions including Clinical Director for Quality Improvement for Leeds CCG and joined the OneMedical Group as Director of Development and Improvement in spring 2020.

Janet Soo-Chung CBE

Associate Consultant

I am an experienced and effective senior leader with extensive experience of service improvement, healthcare management, building teams and boards, and delivering plans and strategies within organisations and whole systems of care.

Rebecca Riley

Associate Consultant

I have spent over 37 years in various clinical nursing and lead roles within health care provision, a majority of those years have been spent in community or primary care settings. I spent 5 years as Director and Lead Executive Officer of a regional hospice service.

Jan Rimmer

Head of Primary Care Development

I am an experienced NHS manager with an excess of 35 years’ experience within acute, community and primary care services, I am passionate about transforming and shaping local services to meet local needs.

Nigel Gray

Associate Consultant

I am an NHS leader with significant experience as both a provider and commissioner of Health and Social Care. As an Accountable Officer of a CCG for five years, which I set up. I am passionate about shaping future services and improving health outcomes for patients.
