Meet the team

I am the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of OneMedical Group with a passion for NHS health and wellbeing focused out of hospital care delivery and solutions, including how the built environment can help improve individual's health and wellness.

I am the Vice-Chair and Co-Founder of OneMedical Group. I am also Chairman of Seneca Partners Limited and Indepen Limited. 

I joined OneMedical Group in 2014 as a practising GP. In 2016 I took on the role of Lead GP for Primary Care Services and became Chief Medical Officer in 2017. In the summer of 2019 I became Deputy CEO and in April 2020 I began my role as the Chief Executive Officer.

I am responsible for working with divisional heads to develop and implement our strategy and growing the OneMedical Group of companies. I joined the Board in 2019 and I lead and manage the Strategy, Business Development, Communications & Marketing Team.

I am an experienced Board level leader with operational and strategic experience and a passion for collaboration. I work with providers and commissioners to deliver system level transformation and change. My passion lies in empowering those around me through coaching, training and mentoring to achieve their full potential.

I joined OneMedical Group in 2016, initially on an interim contract but I loved it so much I stayed. Over the time I have been here I have worked closely with our senior team and have grown from Head of Finance to Associate Director of Finance and most recently have taken up the role of Finance Director in April 2020.
